Web based sortable statistics

I know Choozoo was doing some programming of pages for some games... but does anyone know of an easy, perhaps open source, application that would allow me to take some basic statistics and generate them in a web page that would be sortable to the end user?

I'm not a programmer, nor a PHP / MySQL genius. I know the very limited basics , but nothing too complex.

I'd like to be able to take some various statistics I have, put them in a database, and then have the web page pull from the database based on end-user query from a drop down selection box or something.

Any guidance and or suggestions would be appreciated.
