Just when I thought that "Best Water" was the only list that Baton Rouge would break the top 10 on [other than STD rates and murders], we show up as the #8 most recession-proof city. What was even more surprising is that New Orleans is #9.
I guess I can take some comfort in that somebody thinks that living in Hurricane Alley has at least some benefit. :)
