Disable any voting on your Tribes II server. Map changes, team damage, anything... There is presently a bug which allows a player to use an exploit in the voting system to gain admin access. This is not public information. And before anyone asks, "no", I won't explain how it is accomplished. It should be fixed in the next patch within 10 or so days.
