Another iPhone question
Have you guys encountered MP3's that sound good in iTunes, but sometimes sound bad on the iPhone? Try the attached. It sounds fantastic on iTunes on my PC, but has an annoying 1 second cycle "pop" when I play it on my phone.
I don't think it's a significant iPhone issue, since most of my songs sound good. Real good in fact. Just a few, like this one. I'm wondering if perhaps it's because it's an older MP3, and maybe the original style codec isn't supported or something like that.
It's an .mp3, with the extension changed to .zip so it could be uploaded. Apologies if that's a problem Palooka - I'll delete if it is.
On another note, 1Password is working out to be a great App, and does indeed appear quite secure. Thanks for the suggestion on that one Squid. Lose It is pretty fantastic too.

Sounds fine to me. You might be overdriving your headphones (particularly if you are using the stock iPhone headphones.) I'm listening on a pricey Bose set and it sounds good.
Lose It works great. I'm down to 176 from 193 in a span of just over 5 weeks.

Awesome, thanks for checking Squid. I've already got a set of high end head phones on order.

This got interesting.
The pulsing WAS caused by the iPhone. All my songs have started doing it on my iPhone. Even songs that I used these same headphones for in the past that sounded great. It took me a while to notice this new development, because it only is apparent on fairly smooth songs with a slow background.
I turned the phone completely off and back on. And it didn't go away.
So I did a forced phone hardware reset (hold power and front button for half a minute until it forces itself off).
That fixed it. No idea what/why/how, but doing a forced reset fixed the music pulsing issue.
