Not to hijack or dismiss - but I'm teaching Risk & Financial Management right now at the college and all these storms are giving me a TON of articles and information to discuss about insurance companies, legal responsibilities, civil responsibilities, peril, hazards, combined ratios, contracts, ethics, and in the case of building in high probability zones - the moral hazard debate.
Maybe I should forward my lessons to Kidd as soon as he gets Internet access back? ;)
