Sorry to missing in the first Practice

I do hope to make it for the second one on monday.
By the time the practice started I was already falling asleep. At least my ankle is getting better, I should be done with the brace on monday (it isn't too bad but I don't have any shoes that fit over it, and I look silly wearing a slipper to work)

Hope everyone had a good time, and a helpful one as well.

Forgot to mention - I picked up a wrist brace from the local walmart today. If you are having wrist pain I heartily recommend one. I could hardly do anything till I got it. Still have to limit the time so my wrist can heal naturally.
