MS Outlook Question
On the menu bar at the bottom of my screen, I have Start, a number of quicklaunch icons, the taskbar currently running programs buttons, and then the system tray (where the clock is). Is there a way that I can set up MS Outlook so that when I minimize it, instead of going to the taskbar, it minimizes to a little icon in the system tray? Winamp does this and I like, it's tidy for programs that you want to keep running but don't want cluttering up the taskbar.

That's pretty neat, thanks. Do you know if there's a regestry edit or something of that nature that I can do to Outlook to accomplish the same goal? I get nervous running more background prog's than I absolutely need.

My advice to you is to upgrade to Office 2003. Outlook 2003 includes a tray icon that's always present--just right click on it and select "Hide when minimized".
