The game is incredibly easy, even with my pos video card had almost a 3:1 kd ratio. The 2 things that I don't like thus far is it has kind of a cartoon look to it, and for a game that got such great reviews the sounds are very low quality IMHO. Hopefully both of these will be addressed in some future patches. Time for some serious AK ownage:

I'm rejuved about the whole CS thing now. It looks and plays so well. It's great.
Ok after playing for a little over 3 hours lastnight, I can say that the game is very well done, there are still a couple of things that need improvement but if it stays as it is thats ok I can deal with it. If you enjoyed the original CS and were any good at it you'll pick right up on this game. The gameplay is similar to the original CS but much better graphics. The sound could use a bit of work but other than that Looks great. They have the same maps from CS but several things have been added or changed just enough to make them feel like new maps to an extent. CS_Havana for instance if the ct's are dominating by going around to the left it will put up chain link fences blocking that path forcing you to go the other way. Not sure if it is based on rounds or if it is just a random thing, but when we won several rounds in a row by going that way it would throw up the fence and that happened 4 times.
What, no new maps?!? That's seriously dissapointing..
Wait till you play the existining maps in the updated format it feels alot like a new game. Trust me.Quote:

Disappointing that there are no new maps bundled? yes. I have already played on a couple of servers that have custom maps up and running on them so the custom mapping world is running with this and before long there will be as many maps for source as there is for regular CS.Quote:
