Went to copy my SuSE 9.3 Pro CD's onto my FTP and discovered I was out of space! :eek3: So I was shopping around for HDs and came across this at Gotapex.com.

Thanks for the tip! I may buy one of these puppies--one of my HDs in my gaming rig is on the verge of crapping out, I fear, and since I only suspect it's my 30 gig C: drive, I may put one of these in as a single drive and take my 60 gig D: drive down to my "media center/storage" PC.
Thanks for the posting. If only it wasn't at Circus Shitty, I'd be all over it. (I was burned once by them and am doing a one-man boycott)
I don't mind CC, at least not like Best Buy. First off, the 'engineer' who came up with their new checkout schemes ought to first be stripped of any academic degree he/she has earned, secondly be banned for life from doing any kind of logistics or traffic management, and thirdly, be locked in a room and forced to listen to Ashley Simpson over and over and over and over until they repent. ;)Quote:

Well, nothing is as bad as Fry's. The only higher the most retarded, third-world rejects that INS has that day.
I love BestBuy. Haven't had much luck at CC. I usually find better prices and better selection at BestBuy. They seemed to have streamlined their check-out area a bit at our local store.
Best Buy rules if you know what you need.
The CC that we have up here sucks cause it's setup like a K-mart electronics department. It's damn near impossible to find anything in there.
Just don't try and use a $2 bill at Best Buy.
My favorite part of shopping at Best Buy is when I tell the customers looking at video cards, sound carts, etc that they can save money by buying at newegg.com. =)
Here's a good buy for those who (like me) are on a budget:Caviar 120GB, 7200RPM - $40
I'm probably going to end up with one of these on my way home after work.
$40.. come on, you spend more than that on a single Friday night drinking! ;)Quote:

I can't believe the prices on the HD's. I am not much of a fan of the WD HD's I have had more than a few crash on me in the past. Myself I am a big fan of Maxtor I have been using them the last 6 years and they take a beating and keep on ticking.
