Musicmatch.
Rip it to MP3's with that and then move it over to the iPod. ;)
did it work? have you tried it? the encryption makes the entire song stutter.
**EDIT**
Trying it now.
Don't know because I don't have the cd, but I do have Musicmatch and use it a ton.
no dice....

I beg the almighty "work arounders" to find me a solution.
New Foo Fighters is up on Torrent, all in mp3 format.
The workaround is apparently out.. just need to find it. ;)
Create a .ISO of the CD. Then use Alcohol 120% to rip using the MYMP3 PRO v5 program from the Virtual CD drive with the .ISO mounted.
That should do the trick.
Always remember to press your SHIFT key when inserting a music CD into a Windows system. This will disable the auto-run feature. More and more audio CDs are including programs that get executed via auto-run that disable the ability to rip them.
Or better yet, you can disable auto-run altogether via a registry entry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\Cdrom\AutoRun 0
I have no problems loading songs from the Foo Fighters latest album on my iPod.
Then again I downloaded them from the iTunes music store.
:P
LOL@CDs
i usually do too squid, but they had it at Target for $10, so i figured i'd grab the real deal. well, that's the last CD i buy. I've seen the light.
Stitch, I'll give that a shot.
LOL!
That reg key did it. working perfectly. I wonder how much BMG invested in that only to be bypassed by a shift key or reg entry.... :)
