to be translated properly shouldn't every instance of the word "god" be replaced with Allah?

I've heard that 'Allah' is a masculine pronoun in Arabic. It means 'him' or 'he'. It isn't actually the name of their god; it's just their respectful, indirect way of referring to him.
Ok, so from henceforth Allah, or 'he', shall be referred to as "Bastage".
