Asymmetrical warfare and the atomic bomb

We in the West (including all those non-contributing western states that delight in criticizing the United States and who have failed to uphold their responsibilities in defending western culture, all while sheltering behind the American military) are locked in a long term war with the Muslim world. The traitorous socialist press have consitantly failed to point out the fact that the so called "moderate muslims" don't seem to exist. The true moderates in the Muslim world may be out there somewhere but by their very silence can only be counted as being tacitly in favor of the radical terrorist agenda of the Islamofascists. Islamic states like Saudi Arabia have been proven over and over to be sponsering religous schools that preach hatred and destruction of the west.

The game they are playing is called asymmetrical warfare. The terrorists that destroyed the Twin Towers and who are daily trying to kill Americans are a convenient tool of the existing Islamic nations. Their intelligence agents provide information to the scattered terrorists groups and most recently helped a large group of terrorist escape custody in Yemen. The cynical rulers of the Islamic countries know that they will never be able to face the west on the conventional battlefield so they are playing both sides. On one hand they are our "allies" and provide limited and grudging support. On the other they have protected Osama Bin Laden and his fellow terrorists and have funded the entire effort against the west.

It is time to call their treachery before we loose a major western city. Imagine a world where London, New York, Washington DC or LA is just a radioactive wasteland. Right now we will inevitably loose a major world city to the mad dog terrorists. By hiding behind the "non-state status" of the terrorists the Islamic world has placed itself in a position to strike at the west without risking real retaliation. It is time for the United States to return to the Mutually Assured Destruction strategy that kept the west safe through the long cold war.

President Bush should announce to the entire world that if any western city is destroyed by a nuclear, biological or chemical weapon that we will retaliate by utterly destroying Mecca, the most holy city in Islam. We can't afford to let the Islamic world continue to attack us with impunity. Let them know that they must control the hatred that they have funded and stop this war against the west or it will cost them. I am not against giving the population seven days to evacuate but after that we should destroy the city. It must be a position that is written into our strategic doctrine and supported by both Democratic and Republican administrations as was our Cold War MAD doctrine.

I know that this is an impossible position in the political environment of the world but I fear that is it the only measure that could stop the Islamic terrorist from using a nuclear weapon against the west. Now I'm afraid that we will have to sacrifice one of our great cities on the alter of impotency erected by the anti-American forces of the west. I predict though that when we have lost one of our cities people will wake up and start recognizing groups like the ACLU and the extreme left of the Democratic party as what they are traitorous and foolish intellectuals mobilized by long dead agents of International communism on a path designed to destroy the West from within.
