ROFL... :D
hehe, I don't know where you get them, but they sure give me a laugh!! lol
Boy, this sounds a lot like a pen and paper tunr based game I used to play back in college (we called it Starfire) which. Same basic idea - create a space empire.

Anyone up for a match this week?
After playing this game single player a few times, I've come to the conclusion that while the scope and concept is certainly impressive, actually playing the game isn't much fun. It moves too slowly to be interesting at a high level, and there really isn't much to do (besides fighting with the AI as to what ships to build) at the low level. The combat engine is setup for large battles and for small encounters you spend most of your time trying to figure out where your ships are. On the plus side it seems to be very stable, not buggy at all.
Anyone else have comments?
I'd be interested in giving it a go multiplayer, maybe Wednesday?
TechTV's review gave it the lowest possible rating on their scale....
After messing around with it for the past week and a half I am sort of let down. MOO2 was such a milestone in the epic space game area. That is still hold a warmer spot in my heart then MOO3
Another example is Heroes of Might and Magic III, that was such a amazing game. And when HOMM IV came out, it was such a let down.
Oh well. There's always Doom III
Wow, I'm starting to learn how to play and now my motovation is gone. I sound like I should use the CD for coaster now.. Anyway, off to IGI 2.
