Ab, I pulled out the video card and RAM & reseated all. Then ran Memtest86 for 8 hrs. Looks good there, so if it was the RAM, I'm guessing it's not now.

So in vista will proably have to go to the recovery panel and say dont restart on error so the Blue Screen of death screen stays up. Then you can see what the OS is choaking on.
