The media vs the facts

- Fact: Liberal, Palestinian born Chicago artist created it the original (non-socialist image).

- Media: right-wing hate groups are using health-care reform to attack Obama
- Fact: The sign was the work of left-wing nut jobs that follow Lyndon LaRouche

Colorado DNC HQ Vandalized:
- Media: Right wing hate groups lash out at Democrats
- Fact: 2 Obama campaign workers and registered democrats did it.

2nd Amendment supports carry weapons to Obama conference
- Media: White supremacists are angry at a black man being president
- Fact: It was a black man carrying the gun, the media simply edited him out of the picture.

Once the media reports the initial story they never revisit it when the facts are revealed or they bury the truth in a follow up article days later.

The drive-by media's refusal to cover ACORN is proof positive that it is now merely a flack for Obama. We might as well call it the Ministry of Propaganda. So-called journalists will not cover any stories that are potentially damaging to this administration. In Soviet Russia, crime did not exist. In Obama's America, government corruption does not exist.

Big Government has obtained the full text of the amendment–technically a “motion to recommit” to defund ACORN. The “Defund ACORN Act” passed the House this afternoon by an overwhelming margin of 345-75. The House vote comes just days after the Senate voted 83-7 to block ACORN from receiving federal housing grants. With these votes, 80% of the members of Congress have weighed in to block ACORN from receiving any more taxpayer dollars.

This just came over the wire....damage has been done already but maybe we wont have to put up with this in 2010
