My favorite is AdBlock.

Removes just about all ads from websites leaving only the good stuff.

I like forecastfox (weather) and gmail notfier both are great @firefox++ :)

I did use forecastfox but since I have Konfabulator running with the weather widget, I have it deactivated.

On my windows laptop I use Sage... that's it.
