NASCAR Immunizations

So the scoop is the Democrats are under fire because a staffer suggested that some of the DNC folks doing voter/constituent type research at a NASCAR race get immunizations first. First off, how do I get this job?

Anyway, at first glance this appears highly insulting blah blah blah. But when you read that the visits were to be to NASCAR emergency medical facilities - I begin to wonder on this. Sounds like spin doctoring to me. If you send people to a medical facility where there may be spewing blood - I think it's not a bad idea to be immunized.

Am I missing something here?
