Time for a new gaming rig! Need some suggestions

It's time to upgrade the desktop so that I can play online again.

However, I am now without my live in technical support IT/IS department.
So I need something out of the box that doesn't require much tweaking and the trouble shooting can be done via phone call (fortunately the customer service/ tech support will come from Fort Worth and not overseas). But make Clay's life easy will you? The last thing he needs is a frustrated wife insisting he fix her damn computer over the phone.:devil:

So are there any off the shelf boxes that you would recommend? What do I need to look for in an off the shelf model for specs?
