Well... I'm FINALLY playing BF3.

Hi everybody:

Whew! My crappy seven year-old machine just couldn't cut it anymore and (thankfully) it finally melted down and put me out of its misery.

I didn't want to spend $1,100 on new guts, but am damn happy I did. Took me a couple days to optimize my setup for BF3, but now that I have...

THIS GAME IS FREAKING INCREDIBLE!

I feel like after 30 years of gaming, I finally found my Holy Grail. To be honest, though, I haven't played multiplayer yet. The single player has me mesmerized while I figure out the key bindings, possible macros and a play style that works for me.

Anyway, on to my point:

I'd like to find out who at AK is playing BF3 and get all of you on my friends list. The final handle that I got stuck with from EA is "Meat-Plug".

Which I suppose isn't as bad as my first AK handle... Prison Bitch. :blush:

request an invite to the August Knights Platoon and I'll get you in then you can see all the AK folks and make it easier to add to your friends. Rocks and I were on for a while last night Beast and Hy were both on the night before. I am Redvap0r in BF3.

I'm AKTheBeast, but like Gunny said, get on the platoon and it's easy to find the lot of us. I should be on for a bit tonight.

I still enjoy this game alot, even though I haven't been able to play much lately. I may be on later tonight. I have a 30 min iRacing race at 9, but it's Sebring at night so there's a very good chance my race will end early.

I'll be back in game soon. Origin glitched out on me a couple of months ago and I just haven't had time to fight with it. I picked up Mass Effect 3 last night, and did a fresh install of Windows 7 to get Origin to work.
