Do a little research on Kerry's post war behavior and senate voting record and you'll be outraged - at him.
I'm still trying to figure out what it is about Kerry that anyone likes.
I've been waiting for someone to make the case (since Kerry doesn't seem to be doing it.)

That's about the only argument for Kerry you hear ... the cry of the lesser moonbat.
I'd love to have a rational discussion with a Kerry supporter. About a year ago there was a blog that I frequented that was such a place. The guy running it made some good arguments, and was willing to acknowledge when visitors "made good points" for the other side.
Unfortunately he decided to take his blog down for whatever reason and I've not found another place like it. Most of the Kerry supporters I've met (or know) seem to either have an irrational grudge against Bush, are peer-pressure-liberals, or are of the "hair-on-fire-crazy-lib" variety.
Grudge:
I used to support George Bush, until he (took this stance/made this mistake/said this phrase) and I now I hate him.
This sort of person you can often (but not always) reason with. Unfortunately a lot of times these folks will not be swayed by demonstrating that the facts they are basing their opinion on are in error.
Peer Pressure:
These folks live in a liberal town, all their friends are liberal. They don't personally like to think about politics much. The extent of their thought on the subject boils down to shallow catch phrases (think "no blood for oil", "sheeple", etc.) that they've heard from their buddies at the latte' shaq.
If you can get them away from their cadre of pals and somehow get them interested enough in politics to engage in a serious, two sided discussion, many will respond to logic. Unfortunately they tend to fall back into the mantra of liberalism when they return to their comfortable cliques.
Hair-on-Fire:
Moonbats, communists, anarchists, hippies, Berkley professors (heh)... There's no reasoning with these people.
Now it should be noted that there are similar distinctions on the right. There are plenty of moonbat conservatives (think Buchanan and some of the religious political leaders.) But by and large it seems to me that the conservative party is the party of logic and the liberal party is one built on emotion.
