Most of you are probably already aware of this, but I thought I'd post it anyways. This website http://www.speedcorp.net/tweaks offers programs to tweak your cable or dsl modem. Since installing the cable tweaks, Ive noticed slight improvement in my pings. Every little bit helps I guess!

This tweak did some ugly things to my system. I think I've got them fixed now, but it took some work. If you are feeling brave, at least don't make my mistake. In Win2k, regedit is only the 16 bit version, and it won't back up your entire registry. You have to use regedt32.
