Add Sedious please. I am still trying to work out my FPS issue, at lowest settings I am getting 3 FPS...

I had to manually adjust all of my setting to the lowest possible except low quality view distance and NPC view distance. which i left maxed.

Doing this I manage about 10-15 FPS unless im running around a big city in which case it may drop to 5-10.

Its sucks but it is playable.

Ya I did some system checks and I cant figure out why I am running so slow. I did find a post on the forums about people with above spec machines that basically cant play at all because of the performance. I am sitting at best 3 FPS, I get near water or in combat it drops to 1...Bummer too its unplayable.

I just found this... haven't tested it but it helped a number of folks:

Press ESC *or F10*.
Go to Video Options.
Click "High". I don't care if your computer sucks. Click it and shut up.
Go to the Advanced Tab.
Disable shadows completely.
If you are on a laptop, scroll down to the system texture cache bar and maximize it.
Click Apply, then OK.

Under the advanced tab there is a setting to disable water, I have it off.

Note* Alot of the setting require you to turn them off after every log in. Also here is a thread i used to help spead things up a tad.

But regardless I understand what your saying cause if mine was any worse I wouldnt be able to play either.
