Vent stuck at MSG: Snychronizing

I am pounding my brain here to get vent rolling. I could connect just fine when i was on a static IP address. Today my ISP moved us over to dynamic. Since then I cannot get vent to connect. Already emailed them but I am also wondering if its this D-Link EBR-2310 router. Anyone else had any problems like this?

Eh...I would have said ports not open but you said you connected fine before the dynamic IP.

Check the usual suspects....Firewalls, Antivirus, proxies.......etc etc etc

Well I am not sure why Static to Dynamic effected it. But I disabled the gaming mode option and now everything works fine.
