How does one insert a pic onto this forum?

when you post a reply example: east meets west . enter your reply, then below it it says attachment, hit browse, look for you pic or what ever on your hard drive, then click submit, not sure how zorro made his image show without downloading it!

I hear Zorro uploaded the picture to the augustknights.com web site and then used the vB [img] tag to imbed said picture inside his message...
