I just ordered my new computer!!!! (My first one since 1997!!!)

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

EVGA 512-P3-N845-AR GeForce 8800GTS (G92) KO 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported

ASUS P5N-D LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

750watt power supply, case, 4gb RAM, Windows Vista 64bit, 250gb HD, DVD/CD Burner

I got everything for $1000 on newegg. I worked with a guy in the AoC forums and compared it to a bunch of barebones and custom kits and came up with this set up. I can later upgrade to 8gb of RAM and a 2nd Video card if I need too.

Speaking of which if you (Clay) and the wife (Beaker) can handle a little blood, gore, and bare chested babes I highly recommend the game.

The combat system has been truly unique to any MMO I have ever played, the graphics are awe insipring, and the Priest of Mitria has been the best healing class I have ever played in any game.

If the computer can handle it, again I highly recommend it.

well thanks for the invite! You can bet I'll be checking it out - computer issues are no issue. If mine can't handle it, it will be replaced

I'd be in it now, but didn't want to dive into a new game right before 6 weeks of travel. Figure on seeing me in a couple months. You'll be seeing beaker sooner then that I think.
