Grind House was okay as long as you missed all of Quentine's "Look, I can write 600 pages of mindless dialogue that doesn't further the plot but makes my characters seem hip and cool. Hey! I'm the royAL with Cheese guy, damnit!".

Eastern Promises was okay... a decent rental.

You watched 'The Host'???? I fast forwarded through a bunch of it.

Right now I'm going through all of the RiffTrax movies. Watched Jurassic Park last night... funny shit there. It's nice because on TPB, someone has synced the better Rifftrax with the movies so you don't have to manually sync them yourself.

I think Sky Captain was one of the best representations of a Saturday Afternoon movie in a long long time. Previously the winner was 'Tremors'.

I'm kind of looking forward to the X-Files movie and Hellboy II, in addition to a lot of the other ones folks are listing. It'll be good to see Scully and Mulder again.

I just finished with the X-Files Season 1. I used to watch them until they moved to Friday nights....I was in HS/college and had better things to do on weekends. LOVED Grindhouse but can't imagine it holds up on DVD--that was an experience first and a movie(s) second.

Maybe that my problem with Grindhouse. I saw it on my TV, alone and with no popcorn. So movies only work in crowded theaters

I saw Grindhouse down at Squidly's theater and loved it.

Agree with Nuts - taking the senior citizens out of Deathrace is like having Lord of the Rings with no Hobbits.

I really liked sisterhood of the traveling pants, and I am sure I will like the second one, but it's one of those movies I would rather not be seen walking into. lol

Before sunset, After sunset. both great movies too!

<--owns more "chick flick" movies then action movies.

I thought my cousin had the best one-liner for a movie we saw a couple weeks ago:

"Indiana Jones and the Lost Two Hours Of My Life"
