Best cities for living in a recession

Just when I thought that "Best Water" was the only list that Baton Rouge would break the top 10 on [other than STD rates and murders], we show up as the #8 most recession-proof city. What was even more surprising is that New Orleans is #9.

I guess I can take some comfort in that somebody thinks that living in Hurricane Alley has at least some benefit.

Odd that San Antonio is not on the list ... this place had a mild housing boom, and no bust. Lots of jobs here too.
