Well, I started a page - had to to accept a party invitation. Apparently this works by having "friends" lists and that's how you keep in touch with folks. So... shoot me a tell if'n ya have one too and I'll drop you an invite for the "Friends" list.

(God, this feels so much like jr. High all over again).

I have one. It's not too bad actually....slightly more grown up than myspace. Accounts are actually under real names, but it's easy to find people from high school, college, etc.

You've crossed the line, haven't you? Driving past the high school at lunch time to gawk at the 14 year olds just wasn't enough for you anymore, was it? You just had to get a facebook page. Next will be a myspace account and a twitter blog. Then you'll be shopping for cargo vans with the windows covered in newspapers. Then I'll see you in Wal-Mart shopping for bags of candy and comic books. Maybe your basement needs to be extended? You'll be scoping out deserted rest-stops and places down by the river where no one goes anymore. It's a slippery slope from adult to child molester and facebook is a gateway URL.

I created a Facebook group: August Knights.

It's set so I have to approve members. This way, everyone can join it and then invite each other as friends, without trying to find the right Albert Schmidt, for example.
