USC is a private university, so I don't see how Ziegler's constitutional rights were violated, but still, this whole episode was absurd and rather funny.

The video is, I think, much ado about nothing, but the comments are alarming. I expect to see this kind of stuff from angry and frivolous leftists on dailykos.com, not from conservatives. It's starting to bother me that many on the Right are acting a lot like BDS-afflicted libs. Let's stay away from odious ODS.

Thats the first thing I asked a friend of mine (if USC was public or private). In light of them being a private institution, they had the right to do what they did.
