Ya, it's damn strange. I got the 'Your e-mail account has been updated' note from Steam. Odd... I didn't change it. Went to log on to steam and my password didn't work. DAMN! Had to create a new account and open a ticket.

I'll let you all know when they open up server creation again. I've been assured by Hypernia support that we'll get credit for this inactive time.

Note that Vent also comes due on March 25. I will post a "joint" request for donation when I renew the Vent box. Thanks for the interest - it'll definitely be sweet when we have a server to call home.

I remember sitting around during work playing admin on our DC server using the remote console. Dude, everyone loved playing on our box because we had fair rules and enforced them.

P.S.S. Don't download the Windows 7 Genuine Advantage work around from piratebay. Virus free but it created it's own rogue svchost.exe that then allowed some shitbag on fios.washdc to steal my steam account. The first time I've ever played with pirated OS's.... never again. I rebuild back to my legal Vista. Yes, I'm a dumbass.

Having our own server would be awesome. I would also be willing to fork over some cash to help support it.

DC was amazing amounts of fun. They have a smaller 4 person mode for BC2 called squad deathmatch. Perhaps a medium for competitive play?

I still remember a few of the TWL matches. One, I believe, was 5v5 on Berlin or some infantry map. It was a stalemate the whole way through until, Kidd if I recall, broke through and allowed us to capture a flag and emerge victorious. Good times.

My wife works for MS, give me a yell we can hook you up legally. We have sent a few out to Kidd and Azalyn for 50 bucks (Windows 7 ultimate).
