They are supposedly ready to go, but they want to release them over the next few months so as to not overwhelm support. They are also learning things from the Portal beta which will help them greatly with the other titles.

I've been playing TF2 on the Mac via Steam. Very solid. Is it unavailable to you non-earlyBeta testers? I thought everyone could grab it.

So does this mean you guys may actually start playing BFBC2 again?

Probably not. My problem is not platform related it's TIME related. I have none of it. I've started a kitchen make-over project and between that and family obligations I don't have any real time to put into gaming.

I'm lucky if I get in a couple hands of solitaire now and again.

According to my Steam update news today, most of the games available on the Mac platform can now play with people playing on the Windows side. Still no L4D/TF/CS/DOD, but that's a very cool feature.

I've played a few hours of TF2 against Mac and PC users on my Mac. Works great.
