Interesting; I was looking specifically at the Archos 32 Internet Tablet--it's PDA-sized and will fit in my pocket, which is what I was looking for. I read a few reviews, and they looked mixed--about half said they were fine and the other half said they froze up and had to be rebooted constantly (pretty much what my current one does and why I'm looking to replace it.) I'm definitely looking for pocket-sized, so the 7-10 inchers are out for me.

Now it'll be interesting to see what happens when I take this to the budget approvers. "I need a new PDA, can I have $150 for an Android tablet?" is likely to have a different response than "I need a new PDA, can I have $250 for an iPod?" Guess I can always write it off on my taxes if I have to pay out of pocket.
