It has finally happened... I am now in the console kiddie camp. I purchased an XBOX 360 250GB combo today. I'll be adding a kinect as well for the wife, as she was the diving force behind buying this. (No, REALLY!)

I also have a new Vizio 47" LCD being delivered today. Nothing 'fantastic' spec wise, but its 1080p, 120hz and it was $599 on Amazon with free delivery, no taxes. It's an upgrade over our Sony HD CRT "Slimline" 34" 720 TV. Anyone want a good price on a 350lb TV?

hehe. I've held off the urge to get it despite absolutely loving the first two. I'm planning on getting my ps3 back around xmas, picking up GT5, and hooking it up to the the Logitech.

If you want to barrow my xbox wheel/pedel set though, let me know - I'll be up your way at some point the next few weeks. It's far from the Logitech, but a 100x better than a controller.

LOL - It's NOT a sim! It's too bad the G25 doesn't work on the 360. But again, I doubt I'll be doing 'a ton' of hardcore gaming on the 360 because it will be downstairs in the living room where the TV is. That doesn't mean I won't pick up some multiplayer games down the line, but the PC will still be my primary platform I imagine.
