I was thinking about putting up a server, but feel free if you want to, Az.

Will do, I will set up a vanilla server this weekend (if my buddy with the infrastructure is home). I will be testing out mods on my local server soon.

If anyone wants it i still have a copy of the old Single Player test version. It auto updates to the latest version, so basically its a free single player only version. If anyone wants it, shoot me an email address to send it to. I will try to take the time to setup my FTP Server on my new shinny router this week. When i do ill post it there. If you guys already have an FTP somewhere, let me know and ill upload it.

KK i have the server secured, I will have access to it probably tomorrow. New server code came out last night, i will test it today and set up our server on Saturday.

Hint,

Build a pyramid for a roof, place a "Lava Spring" (Use a bucket to gather lava) on the top of the pyramid and your house will be bathed in an impenetrable shell of lava that also produces light.

Make sure to store your valuables. Don't just run around with them because if you run into monsters, you could lose it all. This happened to me deep underground when I broke into a massive cave while mining. I got all my stuff back, but died again. This happened twice, then all the stuff disappeared. The cave was crawling with monsters, and I play on the hard difficulty level, so fighting them is very dangerous.
