    Just like Bribo said, changed all my online account passwords, did a cancel/replace on the debit card I had associated with the PS3. I am not a fan of sony right now.

    I believe I read somewhere that at least the credit card numbers were encrypted, correct?

    No, the CC numbers were not encrypted but they did not include the CVN number so they would be difficult to use. The real issue is that most people use the same passwords for multiple sites so I expect a lot of hacking into Facebook, email, Amazon, etc will ensue.
