Tip: Don't grab the flag unless you stand a reasonable chance at getting home (nobody is around or you're moving very, very fast.) Instead, concentrate on returning your flag (play defense) or spam enemy assets/defenders.
Similarly, you can just stay at home and play technician. Turret kills are rewarding.
Gunny should just snipe and be done with it. Some skills carry over.
