PNet 12-Man CTF Tournament
Saturday, December 22 2001

Pandora Networks (PNet) will be hosting a 12-man CTF tournament on the 26/27th of January. We will be running this event in the evening, starting around 7pm est (this time MAY change). The rules for the event are still be formulated, but expect a qualifying round, and then a single elimination round. We will be accepting 16-teams, but not on a first-come-first-served basis. Your team will be evaluated by Pandora Networks before you are accepted into this tournament.

This tournament will be run on our own servers which are both East and West. For more information on them, goto our servers page. We also may be running the tournament on other well-known servers (ie: 5150), but this is yet to be confirmed.

Pandora Networks (PNet) will be providing the match administrators, and all decisions by the admins (as usual) are final. This event will also be broadcasted on the TSN network.

If you believe your team can get 12 people on both the Saturday and Sunday night, and be responsible/mature enough to participate in a major tournament sign up at signups page. You will be contacted within a week after you sign up.

Just as a quick note, tribes such as =V= Vanguard have already confirmed their attendence to this CTF Tournament, so I recommend signing up ASAP.

One of the best practice routines I go thru is based on the maps for a given match to be played in single player hosted mode. I set up all 16 bots or so on the other side with full ability and practice my routes, attacks, defending, etc against them. Although they are dumb compared to real players they are pretty good shots and mindful of you when you get close.
