    This guy's a little disappointed. I think he was expecting one part NFS:High Stakes and one part Anarchy Online (minus the crashes, of course.) I just discovered reading this review that MCO is pay-to-play, so you won't be seeing me cruising the strip any time soon, unfortunately.
