i never use elink's software. i just setup my account through normal dial-up networking. that way, i can easily setup a "gaming-optimized" connection.

Ok, so I have this Earthlink account I've had forever right? Well all of the sudden it starts giving me an user name/ password invalid error but I haven't discontinued my account. I call tech support (yeah I know, they never help anything)and he gives me directions on how to reset my password file for Earthlink or some crap like that, the guy mumbled a lot... so I did it but nothing happened... any clue what may have happened other than them just cutting my account?
