Scratch that. The servers are back up, but I can't get in. It sits on the loading screen for about five minutes, then crashes to desktop. Lovely.

I got in earlier, took out a tank but man it was forever to get into action. Hope they can fix the pipe soon!

LOL! I say again LOL!

You think this game is ready for prime time? Boy I can't wait for when we can play it. I realy want to try a tank with driver and gunner, I don't care which I play. I am liking the graphics more the more I look at them (and play with settings). I am confident they will do things to clean up the graphics and performance, it is a huge memory hog but they claim they should be able to streamline it.

Can't wait to play, I realy can't. This will be an INCREDIBLE game when this beta phase is over. I realy feal sorry for the people working on the game since I know and understand their pain. They realy did get screwed by their bosses. None of the dev team is realy talking on the message boards, this is a good thing as they are too busy working to bother. But I know for a fact they wanted at least another month for beta testing.

A friend of mine at work was accepted into the final phase of beta testing. He had just filled out and sent in his NDA, etc... and recieved his download link for beta. They added a couple thousand more beta testing for the final month specificaly to stress test. Then as he was about to download the beta they cancelled the program and the game went gold. This is almost as bad as the Battlecruiser3000 fiasco, a great game that was crushed by early release because of investor pressure. BC3000 had even more problems though and its head developer is truly and egomaniac A-HOLE. Who unfortunatly never realy completed his game. WWII will not suffer the same fate as its dev team is realy realy commited, they will get this thing off the ground of that I am sure. Next month the actual war is scheduled to start. They will be implementing the rank system and other tactical systems. Expect a lot of new units to be available in the next few weeks.

Anyway, can't wait till they fix the game. For now I will keep trying off and on to get on. But first... VODKA RUN! If I gots to wait I will. But not sober, Vodka and Grapefruit juice sounds real good tonight!

They just added a third game world moments ago. It looks like they are really trying hard to straighten everything out.
