Sir Leonidas and Sir Griznak the August Knights open our great hall to your presents. We gather as one to celebrate your knighthood. Lay down your pride, release your anger, and give way your selfishness. Do your duty in all things, grab tightly your courage, and stand firm in your honor.

My good blade carves the casques of men,
My tough lance thrusts sure,
My strength is as the strength of ten,
Because my heart is pure.
The shattering trumpet shrill high,
The hard brands shiver on the steel,
The splintered spear-shafts crack and fly,
The horse and rider reel:
They reel, they roll in clanging lists,
And when the tide of combat stands,
Hordes fall in showers,
That lightly rain from knights’ hands.

Two new knights to me is given
Such hope, I know not fear;
I yearn to breathe the airs of heaven
That often meet me here.

Then the August Knights took Sir Leonidas and Sir Griznak in their arms, and said, "Gentle cousins, ye are right welcome to us, and all that ever we may do for you and for yours, ye shall find our poor bodies ready at all times whiles the spirit is in it, and that we promise you faithfully, and never to fail. And wit ye well, gentle cousins, that ye and we will never part in sunder whilst our lives may last.

Your honored and humble friend!
In service to all,
