    Well the 19in ProView monitor I had on my Linux box bit the dust yesterday. I can't even get the power light to come on as I changed power chords, etc. When I flip the switch on the back of the monitor all I hear is "tick, tick, tick" and that is never a good sign.

    So I just ordered one of these:
