If you are "pubbing", do you have servers you look for?
Lately I have found one of my favorite pub servers is the GoGoGoSpeakeasy.net. I get good ping times there and the server never seems to choke with overload. The 201st server I have played on occationaly, the spawn time realy does not upset me though I would put it at 60 rather than 90 seconds the one thing I don't like there is no nose cam, can't stand flying with the cockpit art up but the server admins run the server much like we do (boots for excessive foul language and bitching and general smacktardishness). They do kick you randomly if a 201st member wants in but that is OK, it is their server.
Late last night I was bored so logged into BF1942 and gave a try at one of the NVIDIA servers. The one I tried was a 42 person game and was a lot of fun, there was even some teamwork happening there. The maps are only 1 round per map change which I don't realy like but the tickets are cranked up a lot (like 300% I think) so the map lasts a while before the change unless a team gets skunked (all spawns taken and all team members killed). Team damage is off on most public servers which suits me fine considering the amount of TKing that has happened in the past.
Just curious if anyone else has "regular" public servers they look for, I realise that many of us would choose different favorite pubs because of geographic location (I tend to look for a sub 100 ping, less than 80 is prefered when I search). But I always like to hear of good servers out there.
