I see our dear friend Bribo a.k.a. Hans Blix has gotten his copy a little early.

I got confirmation from EBWorld that my copy went out yesterday.

Stitch, Rocks, Gunny, Franks&Beans and I went to EB at lunch and obtained R2R. We even bought Choozoo a copy. Rocks said he could put up a R2R server for us tonight. If our match is cancelled I'll be playing R2R instead.

    Hello from EBgames.com,

Sometimes, in our haste to get the latest games to you faster than anyone
else, we make mistakes. Recently, with the release of Battlefield 1942: The
Road to Rome, we made one. While we were processing orders, yours included,
we experienced a system error that resulted in your overnight order being
shipped via 2 day air. As a result you will receive your game tomorrow,
    February 6th.

We realize that this is an inconvenience and we apologize for your game
arriving later than you anticipated. As an apology we have refunded your
complete shipping charge for the order. This credit will post to your
credit card account within the next 2 to 3 business days.

Please feel free to respond to this email if you any questions or comments.
You can also reach us toll free at 877-432-9675 between 8am and Midnight,
Eastern Standard Time, 7 days a week.

    Best Regards,
    EBgames.com Customer Service

It still puzzles me why people buy online when there is a perfectly good mall down the street.

R2R updated systems can still play on non-R2R servers, right?

Yeah really. I picked up Unreal 2 ahead of the release date by walking into a store.

I sometimes buy games online for convenience or price, but never speed of delivery.

But we've been over this 1000 times already

Because Malls suck and are Satan's Playground

Until it's completely legal for me to get in a 3 point stance and take out the ignorant people in my way.... I avoid malls at all costs. For most things, if it can't be bought online, then it doesn't need to be bought.
