Alright, so I am the least intelligent Knight around here....
Since I need you to explain to me how a 19 year freshman in college could have girl problems????
    Stop trying to land one...
In your freshman year you should be like the old bull running down the hill getting all the cows!!!

Slaughter you have too many years to worry about landing the right one....
We all can't be as good looking as Stitch and Bribo you know.....

Devil_Dog, thank you for the nice compliment, I'm sure you are using sarcasm but I'll take the ego feed on either side. :-)

Slaughter, let me give you my view on the whole thing. Your 19! your young and have so many directions that you can go. You haven't even started your real life yet. The most important thing you can do is build confidence within yourself and know who you are. Masking yourself to try and give a better presentation to a female never works, in about 90% of all cases they spot that you are being false and ignore you. The other 10% are those who are fake themselves and are just trying to hook up for all the wrong reasons.

I got no idea what you look like so I cannot judge on your appearance, and I do not know where you go looking for female's either. You might just want to step back and let it go for now. I have found the harder you try the worse you make yourself feel. If you loosen up on the grips and are more relaxed, the chances that you might come across someone might go up.

"VIDEO GAMES" If you spend a great deal of your time playing games and hanging out with people that play games. Well.... your in that sort of group. It's fine!, your young enjoy all of this stuff now and build memories with your friends. Hell, you got a video game family right here!

For a quick fix you may be stuck with 'handy' duties for now, so what big deal. In a couple of years at the most when your done with college and all that other stuff. And you have gotten into a steady job. That's when I would start to be more aware of looking for someone at that point.

Bribo didn't even hold a girl's hand until he was 24, so don't sweat it.

While not entirely true Squid's pretty darn close...

Thinking back on when I was your age my biggest problem was that I tried too hard. I should have just not worried about having a girlfriend or getting laid, tried to be myself and just have fun. When I eventually did that that's when I met Kate, fell in love, and eventually got married and lived happily ever after.

So my advice is not to sweat it, relax, be yourself and have a good time.

BTW, that picture next to Bribo's name was taken while he was "having fun".

    You do the math.

    **Bitch Slaps Slaughter**

    HELLO?!?!?!?

Man, you are 19 years old! LOL Hell, you don't even realize what you truly want until you are at least 25.

I was 26 when I got married and that was sooner than I would have ever imagined back when I was 18 or 19!

Go to college... chill, study, go out, work hard, and have fun. That's what college is all about - experiencing alot of different things. Same thing with women. It helps when you go to a college or university that has alot of diversity (IE - They aren't all "locals" with a few girls from "up state" or something like that). Trust me, I was nobody's Adonis in college, let alone now! - and I 'dated' a Japanese girl, a 2 different girls from Texas, 2 from Virginia (where I went to school), 1 from Norway (Was she a strange bird!!), and finally ended up with my wife who is from Bethlehem, PA where I now live. Theres someone for everyone out there... but just live and let it happen.

Yeah, in Bribo's case when he met his wife. She took one look at him and thought to herself "Oh what a darling 1/10 scale version of Mr. Clean. I bet he would be great at cleaning up my house. I'm keeping this guy!" And the rest was history!

    LOL!!!

rofl.. Maybe I should shave my head for the Mr. Clean factor.

The thing about me is.. I fell in love with a girl last spring. We dated, I gave her my everything.. cause I was pretty damn sure she was the one, still am to this day. She broke up with me.. broke my heart.. still broken. I've had 2 or 3 relationships since then.. but none of the match up to her. So I sit around with a broken heart while also trying to move on.. They used to say deal with one thing at a time.. thing is I don't want to face the emotional pain to get over it.

I have literally never tried to get a girl. I'm too lazy and unconcerned with being alone. I didn't go on a single date in college until the very end of my first year, which was difficult considering the sheer number of beautiful women who go to the University of Oregon (I guess most universities are full of young, impressionable beauties, but there seemed to be an impossible amount at UO). True, I was a bit miserable from time to time, but not so miserable that I actually felt compelled to put forth the effort to ask a girl on a date. I briefly dated one very cute and enthusiastic girl (who threw herself at me) right before the summer, then I met the beautiful and talented woman I've been with for the last five years and seven months (she also did all the work). All this success with no effort put forth whatsoever, and I'm not that good-looking. Furthermore, no one has ever accused me of having a good, or even likeable personality. All my appeal seems to lie in my balding pate, appreciation of the arts (chicks dig that), and keen intellect. Even if you don't have these things, you can fake them. Just shave the top of your head, leaving the hair on the sides and back long, take your dates to symphonies or operas, pretending that you are thoroughly enjoying yourself while commenting on the genius of the maestro's interpretation or the interesting ornamentation in the coloratura soprano's cabaletta, and read a couple "For Dummies" books on French poetry and Greek philosophy. Impressing young women is really not that difficult. On the other hand, keeping them impressed for five years after they have come to the realization that you are, in actuality, not that interesting takes a great deal of painstaking effort.

I'de have to go with palooka on this one, my girlfirend did all the work, she was the one thtat came to me, apprently she had some kinda crush on me for months and it took awhile for her to say anything :P (Asian girls are crazy, I recomend everyone dates atleast one.)
Anywhoo don't worry about it, im goin to college next year aswell, go to a few partys get yer drink on and see what happens... don't you go to any house partys? Thows are great places to meet girls. or cross the border into my homeland where the drinking age is 19 and go to a bar or somethin.
thats what I would try if you're that worried about it.
