Our friends over at 3D Chipset have the latest version of nVidia's "leaked" reference drivers. Available are the Win9x/ME and Win2k versions. I'm sure this is old news to some of you by now, but I thought I might provide a link:

Word on the street has it that the driver is not anything revolutionary. Performance increases are marginal, and the only reported bug fix is for some disappearing mouse icon or something. I've been running them for not quite 12 hours, and I haven't noticed anything more or less buggy about them. Another report states that the BSOD problem on shutdown with WinME exists in this version as all versions after 6.18. As a WinME user, I have not had this problem so your mileage may vary.
