    Ram?

I'm going to appologise for this right now, because I'm ignorant. I currently have 512MB of RAM. I think I want to upgrade, but don't know what or where. I have a CORSAIR CMX512-2700C2. It fits into one space, and I have two more open slots. Can i just buy some memory sticks and just pop them in? Do i have to buy the identical thing or is there something better to have? Big question huh! I have know clue of what to do. Any ideas?

Kidd I would recommend Crucial.com, when you go there enter your manufacturer and model number and it will provide you with the right memory. Not to mention lifetime warranty and high quality.

I 2nd Gunny's statement about Crucial.com It's a known company, and it's easy to deal with them, if anything goes wrong with your product.

you could use pricewatch as well, but also use reseller ratings when purchasing from pricewatch. one can read the many horror stories they've had with pricewatch's sellers.

Top Notch company, I've purchased elsewhere for less and have regretted it.

I'm another Crucial camper. It may not be the most overclock friendly, but it is definitely some of the most stable and quality memory available.
