this url is for some really well done presets for cablenut. Cablenut is the most comprehensive connection tweaking program ive ever used.
The presets u can download @ this page are very connection specific and work great. First u need to Find, download and install cablenut program (Cablenut.com ) Then download the Cablenut_update, extract and browse to its location ther u will find connection type sub folders. Within the appropriate os/connection folder locate and right click a suitable CSS file to open with the cablenut tweaker, save to registry and reboot.
