more maps

I'd like to suggest that more maps be added. I realize that, at this moment, many haven't even dloaded the first map pack, but IMO those that haven't dl it yet aren't really "into" BFV. I have found (and solo tested) the following four interesting maps:

Ming Ho
AWESOME map...big, hilly, jungles, choppers, tanks, villages, water, boats, this map has lots to work with...lots of room...very fun!!

Wake of Nam
This map is exactly the same as BF42s Wake island except with VN bits and pieces. The Jap carriers are replaced by small islands

City Streets
Flat, no jungle, no hills, only a few crater holes and HUGE amounts of clear open blank space....sounds boring right? WRONG! In the middle is a smallish city (nothing like Hue). VC and Coalition are on opposing corners of the map. Idea is to take the city. Sounds like a sniper map right? WRONG! A dozen or so choppers, tanks, armoured personel carriers, etc are located for EACH side...try sniping one of those Sheridans!

El Alamein Grasslands
You like DC? You like BFV? How about mixing the two together? Here we have the exact map of the deserts of El Alamein...only covered with jungle and grass! US starts with FIVE tanks, transport, ANTI AIR!!! three choppers and two jets. VC has anti air, two MI-8s, two MiGs (one of each type), six tanks, anti-air, missile truck and LOTS of natural defence in the form of trees. The map is HUGE!! Definately a "machine" map.

Take some time...check them out...if you need them...I got em!!!

Please grab them as I honestly believe that these are some FUN maps! I can't wait to play them in circulation, but that won't happen UNLESS YOU DL them! LOL.

Provided the links still work, I'll download them on the FTP box tomorrow. Is Fileshack one of those sites where you have to be registered in order to D/L?

Fileshack requires a registration--I did that once at some download site and I'm still digging my way out from all the spam I got as a result. Can someone who's already got these maps upload them to the FTP server please? I'll put them in the BFV directory after they get there. Thanks.
