As memorial day weekend approaches...

We live in a world where people make choices. Most of us choose what's best for ourselves. A lot of us make choices as to what's best for our families. And then there are the people like Pat Tillman who make their choices.



I've never heard of the man before. I've never seen him catch a football.
I'm humbled.

I'm humbed by him and all the other average Joe's (especially the ones on page 5) who made this choice - not for college money - but because their conviction of right was just that strong.

Agreed. While we are swilling our adult beverages, grilling our burgers and enjoying the day off of work let's remember that Memorial Day is a day to remember all of those who fought and died so that we might be free.
